Headquarters and Main Warehouse of TechnoMarket

Sofia (2005)

The headquarters and warehouse building is for K&K Electronics, owner of the retail chain TechnoMarket – Bulgarian market leader in selling black and white goods. The unfolded built-up area of the offices is 5000 sq m and of the storehouse – 16,000 sq m. There is underground parking lot for employees and open area parking lot for customers with sufficient number of places. The facility is put into operation in early 2005.
