Residential building Durvenitca

Multifamily residential building plot – 424 26 sq. m, Darvenitsa, Sofia – is situated on the „Andrey Lyapchev“ boulevard at the beginning of the prestigious Sofia residential region Darvenitsa. The construction of the building  is reinforced concrete frame, with the statutory anti-earthquake elements. The exterior glazing is made with windows of the German company VEKA. The roof sections are horizontal with the necessary water-, steam- and heat insulation and ceramic tiles covering in order the parts to be used for terraces. The front facade is entirely south oriented. The railings of the balconies are made of aluminum, inox steel and triplex glass. The green area is planted with a rich variety of fit to the climate plants, employing irrigation system from its own source. The whole building is completed in less than 19 months. Building  permit is № 18/19.02.2008. Permission for use is № 956/02.09.2009
