The building is part of a shopping complex in the residential area Druzhba in Pleven, built in just 10 months. The complex is situated on 35,000 sq m plot and its total built-up area is 15,700 sq m. There are also the outlets of the retail chain Billa and TechnoMarket. The overall project management is fulfilled by K&K Engineering.
BILLA Kardzhali
The building is located within a commercial complex together with a TechnoMarket shop and two more retail stores. The complex has been completed in 2007.
